Assistant Store Manager

Education: Minimum high school diploma, preferably a university degree in business administration or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and direct employees in the absence of the Store Manager.

Organizational Skills: Good organization and time management skills to manage daily operations efficiently.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and solve problems.

Financial Skills: Ability to assist with budget, sales and inventory management.

Communication: Strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective team direction and communication with senior management.
