Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Supervise and direct housekeeping staff including room attendants housemen and laundry staff.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms corridors and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Manage and coordinate the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms including linen and amenity supply.
Ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies linen and amenities.
Train and evaluate housekeeping staff on policies procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS FOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification or degree preferred.
2 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
