Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lobby lounge staff.
- Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby lounge area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the lobby lounge.
- Create and implement new strategies to attract and retain customers, such as special promotions or events.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll for lobby lounge staff.
