Job Description
- Stocking and replenishing the mini bar with drinks and snacks.
- Checking inventory levels and placing orders for restocking.
- Ensuring that all items in the mini bar are properly labeled and priced.
- Checking and recording mini bar usage by guests.
- Collecting payments for items consumed from the mini bar.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the mini bar area.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Reporting any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate department.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of mini bar displays during special events.
