Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct objective and quantifiable assessments of patients physical function based on treatment diagnoses including medical history cognitive function sensoryperceptualmotor function functional mobility and pain management.
• Establish measurable treatment outcome goals that are realistic and appropriate to each patients condition derived from initial assessments.
• Develop and implement dynamic treatment plans to achieve or advance toward established outcome goals ensuring consistency and continuity to optimize patient clinical response.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a physical therapy program accredited by CAPTE
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A Masters Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
