Position: Lead Investment Banker

Our Client a leading investment banking firm in San Francisco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Lead Investment Banker. As the Lead Investment Banker you will play a critical role in managing and executing transactions providing strategic advice and guidance to clients and driving business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of M&A IPO and other capital raising transactions

Develop and maintain relationships with clients including Csuite executives and key decisionmakers

Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential transactions

Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on complex financial and business matters

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal accounting and marketing to ensure successful deal execution

Stay uptodate on market trends industry developments and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions

Participate in business development efforts including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Mentor and train junior team members providing guidance and support for their professional development

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

7 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on M&A and capital raising transactions

Strong understanding of financial analysis valuation techniques and financial modeling

Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex transactions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred
