Occupational Therapist

Our client a distinguished provider of physical therapy services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Womens Health Physical Therapist to join their team. Located on an island close to Seattle the practice offers a pleasant and supportive environment ideal for professionals passionate about their work and committed to avoiding burnout common in healthcare. This role emphasizes personalized oneonone client interactions fostering a closeknit and collaborative atmosphere within the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct oneonone visits with clients ensuring each session is personalized and effective.
• Maintain a caseload of 45 visits per week with 53 available slots throughout the week aiming for a 90% caseload.
• Provide individual counseling sessions without overlapping appointments.
• Manage appointments efficiently developing and implementing personalized counseling plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Stay updated with the latest counseling techniques and continuous learning in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient care is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong ability to build relationships with patients and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to providing highquality personalized care and avoiding burnout.
• Passion for the field and a desire to work in a supportive collaborative environment.
