Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Solutions Engineer experienced in scripting languages (PowerShell Bash Python Batch) systems (Windows Linux Embedded IoT) and technologies (SQL HTML REST TCP/IP). This role involves developing solutions using our remote device management platform to interface with various IoT technologies. The ideal candidate will think creatively bring innovative solutions and challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities:

Duties:
- Software development and testing
- Configuration management
- Data analysis
- System documentation including updating JIRA tickets and adding stories
- Learn and utilize standard development toolkits
- Write detailed system documentation
- Implement processes and frameworks
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 3 years in Solutions Engineering System Administration or a related technology field
Skills:
- Proven ability to work effectively in closeknit teams
- Strong business communication skills (verbal written and interpersonal)
- Critical thinking analysis and problemsolving abilities
Technical Skills (preferred but not required):
- Knowledge of project lifecycle processes including design testing implementation and support
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies values procedures and tools (e.g. Atlassian suite JIRA Confluence)
- Experience in a DevOpsoriented culture prioritizing continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Working knowledge of OS platforms (Windows Linux Mac Android iOS Embedded)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash Batch PowerShell Python Groovy GoLang JavaScript)
- Familiarity with technologies like Docker AWS S3 Azure Postman
