Job Description

Academic qualifications: High school diploma or diploma in business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in customer service may be beneficial.

Personal skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Ability to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understanding of customer service: Good knowledge of customer service principles and how to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Order Management: The ability to receive and process orders accurately and efficiently.

Problem Solving: The ability to solve problems customers may encounter during the delivery process, including handling emergency situations.

Technology handling: Proficiency in the use of order and delivery management systems and related software.
