Grounds Crew Manager

• Perform basic grounds maintenance and landscaping activities including mowing string trimming edging blowing operating hedge trimmers etc.
  
• Operating zero turn mowers and tractors with bushhog type cutters.
  
• Maintain garden and lawns.
  
• Manage crew and ensure jobs are done on time.
  
• Guide and mentor groundsmen and assist them in carrying out their duties.
• Serve as the primary interface between the customer and crew.
  
• Secure all equipment.
  
• Drive a company truck to and from jobs.
  
• Lead crew and direct them on jobs in a safe and timely manner.
  
• Oversee the proper servicing and maintenance of all equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work MonFri starting at 6:30am
  
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
  
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
• Must be able to pass drug and background screenings
  
• Some out of town work is required per diem is paid for nights spent out of town
  
• Strong leadership skills & teamplayer
  
• Must be able to work in a safe manner abiding by the safety standards of the company
