We are looking for a talented Sales Concierge to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company and to be a touch point for new customers.

• Create engaging text image and video content
  
• Design posts to sustain readers curiosity and create buzz around new products
  
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  
• Provide an outstanding customer experience in each customer interaction that drives loyalty to our dealership
  
• Stay uptodate with changes in vehicle technology
  
• Educate new customers on vehicle technology including but not limited to Bluetooth XM Radio and brand specific safety/convenience features
  
• Followup with new customers after the sale to ensure the customer is completely satisfied
  
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
  

Requirements

• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  
• Ability to deliver creative content (text image and video)
  
• Excellent communication computer and phone skills
  
• Multitasking and analytical skills
