We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Solutions Architect to join our AI/ML Incubation Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into scalable and impactful technological solutions. This role will require a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning with the ability to navigate and lead complex project ecosystems from conception to deployment. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing business context for solutions to department/sector challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution recommending potential options selecting the most optimal option and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working on projects under central/state governments/PSUs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of project frameworks integrating AI/ML technologies to solve complex business challenges presented by our clients.
Be part of the ideation session and technical evaluation of the ideas coming from the clients to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of solutions with a handson approach in coding and architectural design. Facilitating such meetings will also be the responsibility of this position.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design test and refine AI/ML models and resolve technical problems as they arise.
Drive the translation of business needs into technical strategy creating advanced solution architectures in AI/ML domains.
Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams throughout the incubation and solution lifecycle.
Oversee the solution development process ensuring best practices in machine learning data management and software development.
Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the incubation centre.
Work closely with Head Incubation Centre (CTO of WGDT).
Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.
Skills & Experience:
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or equivalent education.
Experience.
Total experience of 10 to 15 years out of which a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
Demonstrated experience in leading largescale AI/ML projects from ideation to production.
Strong programming skills in Python R or other relevant languages with proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
Experience with cloud platforms and understanding of deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
Knowledge of best practices in data governance ethics in AI and ensuring privacy and security of data in machine learning models.
Excellent problemsolving analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the capability to mentor and lead technical teams.
Prior experience in a startup or incubation environment is highly preferred.
