Skills Must Haves:
* Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects.
* Experience with cloud based platforms reporting tools database tools testing tools data migration
* Experience with project controls project management and phases.
* Experience: Analyzing interpreting information and implementing recommended changes in project management policy planning and budgeting.
* Experience in systems analysis broadbased knowledge or business environments.
* Experience with development/data migration (APIsRest/SOAP AutomationMuleSoft and other PaaS specific)
* Experience with use of MS Office products and project management software tools.
* Exceptional communication skills required to work w/a wide range of individuals including sr. managers legislators financial managers and others.
* Must hold a valid New Hampshire drivers license and/or have access to transportation for use in statewide travel.
