Lead Project Manager

Lead and manage MEP projects from conception to completion

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

Oversee project budgets schedules and resources

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project success

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

Identify and mitigate project risks

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Adaptability and resilience

Indepth knowledge of MEP systems and best practices

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles

Experience with cost estimation and budget management

Familiarity with regulatory requirements for Airport and Airline projects
