Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Antioch Illinois
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Provides manufacturing leadership for a small or medium size plant shift or department. Manages multiple shifts of an assembly line fabrication or machining operation.
• Provides manufacturing leadership and improvement focus in operations driving results creating and monitoring measures providing motivation and setting expectations in safety quality delivery and cost.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Recognizes areas in which a process can be improved by properly implementing process improvement and waste reduction methodologies to reduce process cost and improve quality in current manufacturing processes.
• Communicates with customers suppliers shop floor stakeholders and staff.
• Leads annual operating plan forecasts and other measurements for manufacturing operations.

Education & Experience:

• 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations
