Job Title; Highjump MFG WMS Consultant

Work Location: Atlanta GA 30328

The primary responsibility of the support analyst will be to provide technical assistance and maintenance support for HighJump WMS solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude excellent communication skills and experience in supply chain management or logistics.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to endusers for HighJump WMS modules and features Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HighJump WMS Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs Develop and conduct training programs for endusers Maintain and update documentation related to HighJump WMS processes procedures and configurations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of HighJump WMS with other systems Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases and updates Stay uptodate with the latest developments and trends in HighJump WMS technology


Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field Minimum 8 Years of experience in WMS solutions Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for HighJump WMS solutions Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Experience with SQL Server and database administration is a plus HighJump WMS certification is highly desirable.
