Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in preparing lesson materials and instructional activities.
• Support individual and small group instruction to help students grasp new concepts.
• Provide oneonone assistance to students with special needs or those requiring additional support.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies.
• Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records.
• Participate in school events meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher in Education or related field preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience empathy and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers staff and parents.
• Basic knowledge of educational software and technology.
