Job Description

Location: Oxford

Hours: 37.5 per week

Work from Home: Hybrid working with 2 days office based and 3 days work from home per week.

BLUE Communications are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital team due to a period of growth.

A Junior Digital Marketing Manager at BLUE is responsible for the daytoday deliverables for developing implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

You will work closely with our clientsaccount teams and other stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with wider communications and overarching business objectives and are implemented to a high standard.

Tasks

MAIN OBJECTIVES

Become the established main point of contact for digital marketing clients on a daytoday basis.

Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size utilising your experience and intuition to prioritise effectively.

Translate agreed digital marketing strategies and programmes into effective tactical implementation that meets and exceeds client expectations

Monitor the delivery of activity against agreed programme KPIs and staff resource

Combine digital marketing skills and creativity with knowledge of the client and industry to identify digital marketing tactics target audiences and keywords that deliver against each programmes communications objectives

Mentor digital marketing executives motivate them to deliver excellent results and help them to realise their full potential as digital marketing professionals and members of the BLUE team.

Requirements

The successful Junior Digital Marketing Manager will have commercial experience in the following:

  • Digital strategy development.
  • Account management handling multiple client accounts at any one time.
  • Content creation and management.
  • Social media management.
  • Great working knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  • Experience of analytics and reporting.
  • Spotting commercial opportunities with clients and communicating business development to the senior team.
