Job Description
We are hiring for our client Easy2Employ.
Overview:
The React Native Lead plays a crucial role in leading the development team in the creation of highquality mobile applications using React Native. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of mobile projects. The React Native Lead will be instrumental in driving innovation maintaining code quality and providing leadership to optimize the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers to deliver highquality mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement mobile app architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews identify technical debt and implement best practices to maintain code quality.
- Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.
- Lead troubleshooting and debugging of mobile applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Work closely with the QA team to define testing strategies and ensure the delivery of bugfree applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with relevant APIs.
- Document best practices and guidelines for mobile app development.
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions for mobile applications.
- Resolve technical issues and explore innovative solutions to enhance app performance.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of mobile applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on React Native.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers.
- Proficiency in JavaScript ES6 and popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Handson experience in building and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs thirdparty libraries and APIs integration.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and design guidelines.
- Proven track record of delivering highquality scalable mobile applications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience in performance optimization and tuning of mobile applications.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Relevant certifications in mobile development or React Native is a plus.
