Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Lead Developer with experience in ERP systems to lead our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design development and implementation of complex software solutions ensuring the highest levels of performance security and scalability. This role requires strong technical expertise excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of robust Pythonbased applications and ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical guidance and best practices to ensure highquality code and efficient development processes.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support various business functions.
- Optimize application performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing best practices in coding testing and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and frameworks (e.g. Django Flask).
- Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite SAP Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server) and data modeling.
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g. React Angular) is a plus.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a development team.
