Job Description:
Joistic Technologies is in search of a talented UI/UX Designer to create usercentered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. You will be responsible for developing user flows wireframes prototypes and mockups as well as collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to deliver engaging user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Create usercentered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Develop user flows wireframes prototypes and mockups using Figma.
- Translate requirements into style guides design systems design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma for creating designs and prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (Tailwind CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of usercentered design principles.
Goodtohave Skills:
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of frontend development concepts.
