Job Description

Administer user and system accounts and access privileges in the organization s SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) identity management system throughout the full user lifecycle

Collaborate with the Cybersecurity IAM team and Tier 1 service desks to ensure that the right users have access to the right resources

Responsible for daytoday operational support of the SailPoint IDN platform and services; troubleshooting and resolving issues as a member of the Agile team

Participate in IGA projects and initiatives as member of the Agile team

Work with internal customers and application teams to understand and implement access requirements

Maintain documentation for the IGA program

Participate in IGA audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks

Provide reports on the status of IGA within the organization



Requirements

University degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science Management Information Systems other) or applicable work/military experience

2 years of experience providing Identity and Access Management operational support

2 years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory

2 years of experience working with SailPoint IGA platform

Relevant industry certifications preferred (CIAM Security other)

Familiarity with compliance standards and control frameworks (JSOX NIST ITIL GDPR MITRE ATT&CK)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus

Experience with IAM principles and concepts (Role Based Access Control RBAC MultiFactor Authentication MFA Joiner/Mover/Leaver and Single Sign On SSO)

Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Experience with ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)

Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

Solid business acumen; understands how IAM supports business objectives

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working through change

Works well on a team; supplemented by the ability to work with minimal supervision
