Job Purpose & Scope
seeking a detailoriented and analytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for design implementation and administration of compensationand benefits programs that align with the companys goals and objectives. The incumbent will also analyzemarket data conduct salary surveys and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Role & responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs that align with the organizations goals
- Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives
- Administer compensation programs including salary structures incentive plans and merit increases
- Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data to support decisionmaking processes
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure compensation practices are in line with industry standards
- Prepare communication materials related to compensation and benefits programs for employees
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure consistency and compliance in compensation and benefits practices
- Provide support and guidance to employees and respond to their inquiries on compensation and benefitsrelated matters
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation structures
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of programs and give recommendations for improvements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support compensation and benefits programs
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven recommendations
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
