Job Description
Stratfield is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our client a global pharma company. A qualified candidate will have strong experience with Articulate (Storyline) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Project Overview: This person will develop instructional design resources and learning materials for an SAP barcoding project.
Candidates must be local to the Memphis area as this person will occasionally come onsite to the facility and will have periods of inperson training. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
This is a 6 month contract with likely extension or even possible conversion if they have the headcount.

What is required:
- 5 years of Instructional Design (or similar) experience.
- Expertise with the usage of Articulate (Storyline) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design adult learning organizational behavior or other jobrelated field required.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and consultation skills.
- Strongly selfmotivated innovationdriven.
