Our Client a Western European residential investor is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurialminded individual to join their team as a Land Acquisition Manager. In this role you will be responsible for expansion and establishing a strong presence in Pland as well as driving business growth by identifying and acquiring land plots obtaining permits shaping product standards implementing marketing and sales strategies.

Tasks
- Identify and evaluate potential land plots for residential development projects.
- Lead the acquisition process negotiate deals and secure properties.
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee the investment exit process to maximize returns.
- Conduct comprehensive land analysis and competitive market research.
- Prepare detailed business cases and feasibility studies.
- Build and maintain a network of brokers and industry professionals.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in land acquisition with a strong network or ability to build one.
- Knowledge of development processes supporting property selection and acquisition.
- Experience working in smaller firms with a handson approach.
- Strong communication skills and openness to learning.
- Ability to work independently creatively and proactively.
- Strong knowledge of the Polish real estate market and local regulations.
- Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
