About the Opportunity:

Luxury Salon & Spa a leading destination for luxury wellness in Kuwait seeks versatile and talented Beauty Professionals to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role you will wear multiple hats offering a variety of services including nail artistry hairstyling and beauty treatments. You will play a vital role in creating a memorable and pampering experience for our guests ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nail Technician:

• o Perform a variety of advanced nail care services including manicures pedicures gel polish application and intricate nail art designs.

• o Maintain a clean and organized nail station ensuring proper sanitation and sterilization of equipment.

• o Stay uptodate on the latest nail trends and techniques.

• o Provide a range of hairstyling services including haircuts blowouts coloring and hairstyling for special occasions.

• o Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable services.

• o Maintain a clean and organized hairstyling station.

• o Stay uptodate on the latest hairdressing trends and techniques.

• o Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as facials body scrubs waxing and massages (depending on qualifications).

• o Customize treatments to meet the specific needs of each client.

• o Maintain a clean and organized treatment room ensuring proper sanitation and sterilization of equipment.

• o Stay uptodate on the latest beauty therapy trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a salon or spa environment with proficiency in nail care hairstyling and/or beauty treatments (experience in all three areas a plus).

• Strong technical skills in all areas of responsibility (nail artistry hairstyling and beauty treatments).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

• Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
