Job Description
- Responsible for clear understanding of customer alteration and made-to-order requirements.
- Keep Sales associates informed of timelines and adhere to commitment.
- Accurately recording customer measurements
- Purchase the needed materials for various tasks and accurately report utilization and spend.
- Be aware of relevant policies and align with organizational and customer expectations.
- Fit, alter and repair according to customers' specifications and fit, and apply principles of garment design, construction, and styling
- Ensure an engaging customer experience and exceed customer expectations at all times
- Adhere to Majid Al Futtaim quality standards at all times consistently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Tailoring certification / courses will be an added advantage
- High school certificate
- 2-3 years’ industry experience
- Excellent to fluent English
