Job Description

Our client is a progressive diversified and sustainable business group in Qatar providing an outstanding experience in the Automotive and Associated Businesses through superior value products and services in partnership with some of the worlds leading brands.

They are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Supervisor to play a pivotal role in defining implementing and evaluating the organizational development solutions that support strategies for effective utilization of human capital including programs covering performance management and change management in support of business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and implement organizational development programs: Create structured programs aimed at enhancing various aspects of organizational effectiveness such as leadership development team dynamics and employee engagement.
  • Increase organizational effectiveness through strategic HR interventions: Use HR strategies to align human capital with organizational goals thereby improving overall performance and productivity.
  • Support business initiatives with performance management and change management solutions: Implement effective systems for evaluating and improving employee performance and facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Enhance organizational efficiency through manpower planning and policy alignment: Optimize workforce planning processes to ensure that the right people are in the right roles at the right time aligned closely with the organizations strategic objectives.
  • Create policies that guide decisionmaking in recruitment training employee relations and other HR functions: Ensure these policies align with the organizations longterm goals.
  • Ensure job roles and organizational structures are designed to maximize efficiency: Support strategic objectives and accommodate changes as needed.
  • Work closely with various departments to develop and implement effective performance management practices: Enhance individual and organizational performance.
  • Lead initiatives that foster organizational growth and development: Implement culture change efforts leadership development programs and competency frameworks.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures: Ensure consistency and compliance across the organization in areas such as recruitment training and employee relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Higher in HR Management or related field.
  • 7 Years of experience in which at least 5 are in Organizational Development.
  • Automotive Experience is a Plus.
  • Professional Certifications like PHRi SPHRi SHRM CIPD are a Plus.
  • English Fluency Arabic is a Plus.
