Job Description

Were looking for a driven and enthusiastic Polish Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Athens! In this role youll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

What youll do:

  • Be the friendly voice and face of our company providing support via phone email and backoffice tasks.
  • Become a customer service expert identifying customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Build trust and rapport through clear open communication.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information using the right tools and resources.
  • Contribute to the teams success by meeting targets and handling cases efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records process accounts and file documents.
  • Uphold communication procedures guidelines and policies.
