Job Description
Role : SAN Storage Administrator
Hiring Mode : Employment Contract /Freelancer
Location : Germany (100% Remote)
Language : German & English
Job Description:
- Degree with a focus on IT or comparable knowledge acquired in practice
- Knowledge at least 10 years proven experience in the storage sector
- Knowledge of SAN Administration Configuration and Troubleshooting preferably Brocade
- Knowledge of Storage Administration Configuration and Troubleshooting preferably IBM SAN Volume Controller
- Very good experience in the area of System architectures planning setup operation configuration and deployment of storage solutions preferably solutions from the manufacturers IBM HDSEMC Huawei Broadcom
- Sound knowledge of software products from IBM (Tivoli Product Centre SVC) Broadcom (SANNav) Hitachi and Huawei
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in automation and Optimisation using scripts
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Independent way of working paired with a high level of initiative and coordination skills
- Strong motivation and a high degree of team solution and customer orientation
- Friendly and confident demeanour
