Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend onboarding process for new recruits ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to meet the staffing needs of the NHS and private healthcare clients.
• Conduct thorough preemployment checks including reference checks credential verification and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Provide support and guidance to new recruits throughout the onboarding process addressing any queries or concerns.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and clients to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and onboarding timelines.
• Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare recruitment sector.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in onboarding to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Recruitment experience within the UK healthcare staffing sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong personality and confident demeanour.
• Highly driven goaloriented and hungry for financial success.
• Indepth knowledge of the onboarding process and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
