An appreciation and understanding of current issues in social work practice and services in place to safeguard children and young people. To have experience of managing referrals within Children s Services. To have experience of working with multiple agencies to facilitate holistic support. To have direct experience of working with service users. Competent in IT. Ability to cope with high demand and throughput and work to time scales and be proactive in caseload management.
