Job Description
Our client based in Iver are looking for an experienced Floor Layer on a permanent basis. Our client focuses on delivering construction projects large and small both airside and with strategic clients requiring security checks. To this end all candidates must have five (5) year trackable employment history with no substantial gaps to enable passes to be easily obtained.
Floor Layer The Offer
Day and night shifts: days starting at 07:30 finishing at 16:30 and nights starting at 22:00 and finishing at 04:30. The working week could be a combination of day and night shifts
The normal working week is 40 hours
Salary up to 34k negotiable depending on experience. Night rate is enhanced at time and a half
Company works vehicle provided
23 days annual leave bank holidays
End of Year bonus
Floor Layer The Work
Installation repair and maintenance of the following types of flooring;
o Timber
o Carpet
o Altro / Cap and Cove
o Laminate / Flat Lay
o Polysafe / Vinyl
o Tiling though not essential would be seen favourably
Floor Layer The Person
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
This role is onsite at Heathrow airport and other security accessible sites therefore a five (5) year trackable employment history with no substantial gaps is essential for passes to be obtained
Need to be PC literate
Full drivers licence is essential
