Our Client:

Our client is a leading regional firm committed to offering highquality work and longterm career progression within a supportive environment. Their Commercial IT and Intellectual Property Law team is recognised for its excellence in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The team currently advises a diverse range of clients on commercial agreements technology contracts software licensing SaaS outsourcing IP protection and GDPR/data protection law.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a mixed caseload of complex commercial and technology law matters.
  
• Supervise and contribute to the growth of the team.
  
• Maintain a healthy worklife balance to achieve sustainable longterm outcomes for clients and staff.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or Partner with significant experience in commercial and technology agreements.
  
• Experience with technology clients and familiarity with IP and Data Protection Law is highly desirable.
  
• Proactive with experience managing clients independently and supervising junior solicitors.
  
• Typically at least 5 years PQE though we welcome applications from those with relevant experience.
  
• Interest in marketing and business development activities.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals.
  
• Open to flexible working patterns including hybrid work arrangements.
