Their Commercial IT and Intellectual Property Law team is recognised for its excellence in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The team currently advises a diverse range of clients on commercial agreements technology contracts software licensing SaaS outsourcing IP protection and GDPR/data protection law.
The Role:
- Manage and develop a mixed caseload of complex commercial and technology law matters.
- Supervise and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Maintain a healthy worklife balance to achieve sustainable longterm outcomes for clients and staff.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or Partner with significant experience in commercial and technology agreements.
- Experience with technology clients and familiarity with IP and Data Protection Law is highly desirable.
- Proactive with experience managing clients independently and supervising junior solicitors.
- Typically at least 5 years PQE though we welcome applications from those with relevant experience.
- Interest in marketing and business development activities.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals.
- Open to flexible working patterns including hybrid work arrangements.
