What you will be doing:

• Develop new customers identify and pursue valuable leads.
• Service current client base responding to needs and requirements; provide technical advice.
• Maintain records of projects to properly manage job sites generate reports as needed.
• Bid on jobs and assist with material takeoffs.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience you will need:

• At least 35 years of outside sales experience in the industrial maintenance or construction fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers clients customers and the general public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts proportions percentages area circumference and volume.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
