Technical Architect - Java

• Architecture Design: Develop and implement technical architecture strategies and solutions for Javabased applications.
  
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in coding and design.
  
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope objectives and deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of highquality software solutions.
  
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality performance and security standards are met.
  
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
  
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients business analysts and other team members to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams design specifications and user guides.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development with at least 35 years in an architectural role.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Proficient in Java and related technologies (Spring Hibernate etc.).
    
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
    
  • Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
    
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
    
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc.) is a plus.
    
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
    
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices (Agile Scrum).
