Job Description: Digital Marketing Trainer & Offline Session Leader
Location: Gurgaon Center
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer & Offline Session Leader to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role involves supporting the Marketing department and leading offline training sessions at our Gurgaon center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing department with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media email and website.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Training Responsibilities:
- Lead offline training sessions at our Gurgaon center ensuring highquality delivery.
- Answer student queries and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct meetings with students to address their concerns and feedback.
- Develop and update training materials to keep them relevant and engaging.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Previous experience in a training or teaching role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality with a passion for education.
