Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate delivery of identified project reports
- Lead all program implementation activity at the state level in line with the project work plan
- Work closely with the state team to coordinate detailed execution of all agricultural and community-based agribusiness enterprise activities to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within a defined time frame and budget.
- Lead the recruitment of smallholder farmers, agripreneurs, and other project participants across all project scopes and facilitate delivery of capacity development to enhance the effectiveness of established systems through direct engagement with project stakeholders, PMOs, short-term technical consultants, and community structures.
- Ensure project integration with the local context and maintain a healthy community relationship by promoting a locally-led and locally-owned intervention in alignment with PMO strategic plan to achieve all the technical objectives.
- Support the M&E unit to deliver a result-oriented project monitoring and evaluation process through coordination of state-level data collection process, project performance evaluation and
- Provide leadership to the state program team, ensuring clarity regarding program priorities, work plan activities, and timelines, as well as the allocation of resources necessary to achieve program objectives.
- Provide on-ground technical support to state-level teams with regard to ensuring technical quality standards, adaptation to context, and promoting collaboration and learnings among teams.
- Coordinate and manage all state-level stakeholder engagement activity, identification, and follow-up with potential markets and lead, and engage in all state-level negotiations based on project bandwidth.
- Coordinate the timely reporting of project activities and establishment of an efficient project community feedback mechanism through strategic channels that enhance accurate feedback on project performance.

- At least 7 years of work experience
