Customer Success Engineer - Product Enablement

Open position: Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection (MNC Company)

An MNC company in Malaysia is looking for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Having experience working in IT based or Shared Services environment would be added advantage
  
• Work closely with the team to reduce AR ageing and optimise collections from clients
  
• Monitor and Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities with the team
  
• Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve the productivity
  
• Responsible in the monthly and annual closing of accounts
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
  
• Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
  
• Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
  
• Resolve client s invoice related queries supported by local finance
  
• Collection management, including reviewing credit memos or revised invoices
  
• A team player and enjoy working in a team-based Shared Services environment
