Solutions Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise creativity and strong problemsolving abilities to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement software solutions to address business needs and client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop highquality code ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java C# Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend and backend development frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
