Executive Summary: Sr Curam Developer for a role at the DHCF Department of Health Care Finance with the DC Government. The S Curam Developer will have 16 years of experience. They will formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Position Description :

• The contractor will perform IT Triage and resolve complex C ram application defects and issues.
• The individual will collaborate with the team to diagnose resolve delegate and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the C ram application (application intake rules batch processes etc.).
• This individual will also address production issues/defects and design develop and implement a solution.
• The individual will attend design sessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team members.
• The individual will assist in system enhancements using the Curam platform.
• The individual will become an integral part of the DCAS Team making every problem associated with the application a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all issues and challenges accordingly.

Position Responsibilities :

1. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
2. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations operation time and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications.
3. Provides consultation on complex projects and is the toplevel contributor/ specialist in most phases of systems analysis considering the business implications of technologys application to the current and future business environment.
