• Position:

  • Collaborate with executives on Salesforce business development. As the Salesforce business is currently small it is expected to be built up together with the executives in the near term.
  • Participation in Salesforce projects.

  Responsibilities: Provide clients with support in transforming customer interaction management by helping to implement and establish optimal use of Salesforce.

  1. Support for planning the overall vision for business transformation.
  2. Support for planning the overall vision for IT transformation (particularly for clients wanting to utilize cloud services/Salesforce).
  3. Analyze business operations and plan transformations (proposing solutions such as business process improvements and IT implementations).
  4. Define system requirements design develop and support implementation.
  5. Project management related to the above tasks.
  6. Support business transformation and ensure its establishment.

  • Native Japanese proficiency or Japanese language skills equivalent to JLPT N1
