Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management Economics Accounting or other related business course
• 35 years of experience in Trade Matching Settlements and Post settlements.
• Preferably from a multinational company or a bankingrelated work would be an advantage
• Must have an experience in Portfolio (Cash and Position) Reconciliation
• Must have an understanding of financial products (global equities futures swaps options FX OTC derivatives and fixed income)
• Organized with excellent multitasking skills and able to prioritize activities effectively
• Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge regarding investment transactions Trade lifecycle various asset classes Reconciliations
• The ideal candidate should have an understanding of financial products including global equities futures swaps options FX OTC derivatives and fixedincome
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Can work with minimal supervision and deliver highquality output
• Must be highly o Must be proactive motivated detailoriented and a team player with an understanding of how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics
• Computer and internet proficient
• Amenable to work on a night schedule (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (24x RTO/month) in MOA Pasay

Job Description:

• Perform daily operations of Trade Matching Settlements and Post settlements and Corporate Actions. Ability to prioritize as necessary
  
• Able to perform Portfolio (Cash and Position) Reconciliations on a daily basis
  
• The candidate is also expected to contribute to the development and enhancement of the teams systems and processes to ensure continual efficiency gains and process improvements
  
• Assist the Portfolio Operations Lead in ensuring the associates understand process updates
  
• Specialists should be able to regularly collaborate with the Portfolio Operations Lead about process changes that may be of help to improve the efficiency of the group.
