Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Ecommerce Account Director you will:

• Develop strategies to meet and exceed clients business objectives enhancing customer journeys and optimizing retailer websites and leading eCommerce marketplaces.
• Serve as a trusted advisor presenting to clients and managing substantial project budgets ensuring value and strategic alignment.
• Lead multiple projects across various business lines manage production to keep projects on schedule and within budget and supervise junior account staff.
• Work closely with senior leaders and other departments adapt eCommerce strategies to local markets and ensure consistent accurate product/service information on eshops and marketplaces.

Qualifications for Success

• 10 years in eCommerce across digital commerce retailers or intermediaries preferably within an agency setting.
• Indepth knowledge of ecommerce retail and media fundamentals (search display video social etc.).
• Proven track record in team management leadership and mentoring.
• Strong problemsolving analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Excellent communication organizational skills and experience in presenting to and influencing executive levels.
• A proactive independently motivated individual with a bias for action and a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the agency.
