Deine Aufgaben
- As a member of our central Data & BI team you will drive datadriven decisionmaking for the most relevant digital platform in the construction industry
- Independently design and develop dashboards in our visualization tool
- Carry out adhoc analyses and share findings with all relevant stakeholders
- Drive key projects as part of crossfunctional teams to increase automation and efficiency
- Work embedded in our Central and Eastern European team in Warsaw
- Lead the CEE analytics initiatives in close contact with local management and teams in Germany the Czech Republic and Austria
- Regularly monitor a wide range of KPIs from conversion rates to market prices and product developments on our platform
- Create versioned data transformations in the DWH connect new data sources to our DWH or implement machine learning models
Dein Profil
- Several years of experience as a BI analyst analytics engineer or in a similar position
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization and reporting product ideally Looker
- Ability to handle complicated SQL statements and experience in modeling data ideally with dbt
- Knowledge of Python web analytics and data science is a big plus
- Experience working in the ecommerce or logistics industry is advantageous
- Passion for analytical and datadriven work
- Enjoyment of working in agile interdisciplinary teams; eagerness to learn new things; willingness to take on responsibility
