Job Description

A leading provider of highquality flooring solutions including hardwood laminates luxury vinyl sheet vinyl carpet area rugs linoleum and countertops is seeking an ambitious and independent Outside Sales Representative. This role involves showroom coverage customer interactions project management and business prospecting. With the recent expansion to a second location this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide showroom coverage and meet with customers to understand their needs.
  • Order samples perform measurements and write up estimates.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion independently.
  • Prospect new business through various means utilizing provided technology.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Report daily to the Seattle office for 410 months for training and integration.
  • Transition to a Project Manager role if successful in sales and learning the process.

Qualifications

  • Early to midcareer professional with measuring experience.
  • Background in carpet/flooring installation is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently without sales support.
  • Strong customer service skills and the desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience with Team UP Roll Master & Floors and especially RLM software is preferred.
  • No candidates with 0 B2B sales experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Incentive structure with no ceiling on commission payout based on Gross Profit Margin.
  • Two opportunities to earn incentives:
    • Internal Leads and Completed Sales Activities: Paid monthly at the end of the preceding month with a payout of 15% of Gross Profit after the threshold is met.
    • New Business Expansion Incentive: A flat 15% payout on gross profit margin for all new business deals completed each month paid for 12 months following the first completed sale.
  • Full benefits package.
  • Car allowance of $600/month plus a 2Go Pass.
