Job Description

Our clients company is a leading provider of industrial supplies catering to the maritime civil and commercial sectors. Renowned for their comprehensive product range and exceptional service they have established a strong presence in the industry. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to manage and expand their existing book of business focusing on the Seattle metro area.

In this pivotal role the Regional Sales Representative will take over an established portfolio and work to grow it further by building relationships with new civil customers. This strategic effort aims to offset natural market declines in other sectors ensuring sustained revenue growth. The position entails fullservice management of the current book of business alongside proactive prospecting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand an existing book of business in the Seattle metro area.
  • Develop new business relationships particularly in the civil sector.
  • Provide comprehensive service to existing clients ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 310 years of experience in industrial sales.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business.
  • Strong understanding of the maritime civil and commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Seattle metro area as required.
