Job Description

Credit Card Dispute Process Consultant/ BA
Location: NYC NY or Dallas TX.
Contract

Summary:

VDart is seeking a highly motivated Process Consultant or Business Analyst with expertise in credit card dispute lifecycle and chargebacks to join their team in a hybrid work model with the option to work from either NYC or Dallas TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map the credit card dispute lifecycle and chargeback process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and document process flows and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to implement process changes.
  • Maintain and update process documentation.
  • Train staff on new or revised processes.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in process analysis design or implementation.
  • Proven experience in credit card dispute lifecycle and chargebacks.
  • Strong understanding of lean six sigma methodologies or similar process improvement frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
