About the Job:

The Design Studio Reports Analyst is responsible for a variety of reporting related tasks to the Design Studio that would require a strong knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn other software quickly. It may include reviewing multiple databases identifying variances creating and organizing reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create databases and reports in Excel by pulling data from other sources and/or applications
• Create checklists in Excel that include drop down options that pull additional information
• Create analytics to assist in evaluating different data
• Review multiple documents and identify differences
• Organize electronic files and/or create electronic binders to maintain standard documentation
• Review multiple documents and create summaries tracking options selected and associated costs
• Work with multiple department heads to assist in detailed reporting based on their specific needs

Minimum Requirements:

• 35 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to create Excel databases create reports checklists and analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness and ability to learn new applications quickly (Envision Procore Homefront)
• Strong communication skills
• English fluency

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
